Dr. Danve has expertise in the evaluation and management of Axial Spondyloarthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Psoriatic Arthritis and Gout stemming from his extensive clinical and research experience.
We offer rapid access, state-of-the-art expert rheumatology care, ongoing management, and transparent, affordable pricing. We like to keep it simple.
We believe in close and clear communication with the patient, an essential element for improved outcomes and patient satisfaction. The Direct Speciality Care practice model prioritises quality of care over volume of visits and provides us with the opportunity to participate in a true healing process, a usual calling for doctors. You will still need to have your health insurance for catastrophic events, labs, imaging and surgeries.

Dr. Abhijeet Danve, MD, MHS is a board-certified rheumatologist with over 16 years of extensive clinical training and an exemplary academic track record.
He received his training at leading medical institutions in both India and the USA, for his Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship.
Dr. Danve is passionate about solving complex medical puzzles and values long-standing, meaningful relationships with his patients. He has cutting-edge expertise in axial spondyloarthritis (ankylosing spondylitis), psoriatic arthritis, and gout.

No. Axis Rheum does not bill insurance for visits. You can use HSA/FSA. You will get a superbill that you can use to get reimbursed from the insurance company.
Yes. Medications are prescribed when clinically appropriate and in accordance with regulations.
We understand that unexpected changes happen. If you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation, we are happy to accommodate. A $75 fee applies for missed appointments without notice.
Yes. Patients at different stages of diagnosis may benefit from structured specialty guidance.
